2. Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. The Service

Prform Habits provides habit tracking, to-do lists, a calendar, notes, a journal, and social/competitive features (friends, PR points, avatars). Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time, and we don't guarantee any specific feature will remain available indefinitely.

4. Subscriptions and Billing (Prform Habits Premium)

Prform Habits offers an optional paid subscription, Prform Habits Premium, currently priced at $4.99/month, which may include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe or through the applicable app store's in-app purchase system (Apple App Store / Google Play), depending on how you subscribed.
Free trial: unless canceled before the trial ends, your trial will convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged.
Cancellation: you may cancel anytime through your account settings or through the app store you subscribed via. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - we don't provide partial-period refunds except where required by law or app store policy.
Price changes: we may change subscription pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. User Content

6. Social Features and Conduct

If you use friend/social features, you agree not to:

Attempt to access another user's account without authorization
Use the Service to spam or scrape data about other users

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
Circumvent any subscription/paywall mechanism
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

The Prform Habits name, logo, app design, and underlying software are owned by the Operator and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to use the app as intended, nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or code.

9. Third-Party Services

Prform Habits integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, Stripe, Brevo, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign In, and Facebook Login. Your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. PRFORM HABITS IS A PRODUCTIVITY TOOL AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, OR THERAPEUTIC ADVICE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
